We make the parts the industry stopped making
We started because a repair shop kept turning away the same subwoofer. The cabinet was fine, the driver was fine, the board was dead — and the brand had stopped supplying it eight years earlier.
What we actually do
We acquire reference units, reverse-engineer the boards, correct the design weaknesses that caused the failure in the first place, and manufacture in batches small enough to be viable for models that sold in the tens of thousands rather than the millions.
How we control quality
- Every board is tested at 230 V on the bench before packing, with the test record kept against the batch number.
- Known failure points are uprated — larger thermal margin, higher voltage rating, better heat path.
- A sample from every batch is run under load at elevated ambient temperature for 24 hours.
- Any batch with a field failure rate above 2% is withdrawn and redesigned, not quietly sold off.
What we are not
We are not an authorised service partner of any brand, and we do not sell genuine OEM parts. We are an independent aftermarket manufacturer. If you need a genuine part under warranty, go to the brand — that is the honest answer.
Identify
We buy a working or repairable reference unit and strip the board out. Where possible we cross-check against the OEM schematic or a second unit.
Reverse-engineer
Layer-by-layer board reconstruction, full BOM extraction, and targeted upgrades at the components that fail first — not a blind copy.
Produce & burn in
Small-batch assembly, 230 V bench test on every unit, thermal burn-in, and a test sheet that ships in the box.
Tell us which model keeps coming back to your bench
Send the model number and, if you have it, a photo of the board. We'll tell you within two working days whether it is in production, in development, or worth tooling up for.
