Aftermarket electronics sellers get removed from the EU market for paperwork, not for product quality. Here is exactly what we hold, in public.
EU responsible person (GPSR Article 16)
Every unit we place on the EU market names a responsible person established in the Union, contactable in the languages of the member states we sell into, holding the technical documentation.
Product marking and warnings
Each board carries the model reference, batch number, country of origin, importer name, and a multilingual safety notice. Installation instructions ship in the official language of the destination member state.
Traceability
Batch numbers map to test records, BOM revision and component supplier lots, retained for ten years and produced within 48 hours of a market surveillance request.
Liability and insurance
We carry product liability and product recall insurance that explicitly extends to modified, reconditioned and reverse-engineered goods — the exclusion most sellers discover only after a claim.
Warranty
24 months from delivery against manufacturing defect. A board that fails in normal use is replaced, not debated. Fitment errors and physical damage are excluded — measure twice.
Returns & shipping
14-day right of withdrawal for consumers, unopened. Faulty units are collected at our cost. Duties and import VAT are settled by us on all EU-bound shipments.

We sell aftermarket parts. Brand names appear on this site solely to identify which models a board fits. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand listed.
